Grading. There will be two in class tests each counting 12% of your final mark and a “mid-year (term)” test in December counting 35% of your final mark. The final exam will count 40% of your final mark. There are no make-up tests. .Missed test scores with a medical note in the Sept-Dec. period will be replaced by your score on the midterm, if you write the midterm in December. The missed test in March will be replaced by the Exam, if you write the exam in April. Otherwise the missed test score will be 0. An Online Assessment test given through Moodle due by Sep.26th, will count for 1% of your final average.
NO CALCULATORS ALLOWED FOR TESTS/EXAM. A one page (single side) “cheat sheet” will be allowed for in class tests. A single page both sides sheet will be allowed for the December test and the final exam.
